At Blue Sky Junk Removal, all completed junk removal services are final and non-refundable. Once junk has been removed from your property and the service has been completed, we do not offer refunds or returns.

Right to Refuse Service

Customers have the right to refuse or decline service upon our arrival, before any work has begun. If you decide not to proceed after reviewing the service with our team, you may decline the service at that time.

If the customer chooses to proceed and our team begins the removal process, the service is considered authorized and is subject to our all-sales-final policy.

Service Scope & Pricing

Before beginning work, our team will review the items to be removed and confirm the applicable service or pricing. Customers are encouraged to ask questions and make sure they understand the scope of the service before work begins.

By authorizing Blue Sky Junk Removal to begin the removal, the customer agrees to the quoted service and understands that completed services are non-refundable.
